When we started WOW 1 DAY PAINTING, we wanted to disrupt an industry. That didn’t just mean making it better for customers, but also for franchise owners.

We call our franchise owners “Franchise Partners” because that’s what they are: partners. When you start your own business, it’s easy to feel like you’re stuck on your own. So we’ve made it our mission to make our Franchise Partners feel comfortable and confident by making training resources available.

All of these resources are baked into our franchise package, available for you as soon as you sign up, customized to the specific needs of each franchise.

Franchise Partner Network

When we asked our Franchise Partners about their most valuable learning resource, the resounding answer was clear: other Franchise Partners.

No one knows everything about painting, and you likely don't have the time to sift through Google results to find the best approach. Instead, you can join a chat with other WOW 1 DAY PAINTING Franchise Partners and get their advice directly.

“Every time I have a question or need a sounding board or something like that, I've got numerous people that I can reach out to who are more than happy to do that,” says Casey Renkema, Franchise Partner, WOW 1 DAY PAINTING Fraser Valley. “And I love doing the same for others. I love giving them feedback on their business, ideas on how things are going. That has been super valuable for me.”

There’s no resource more qualified and trustworthy than a group of experienced peers who have been where you have before.

Forum Groups

Forum Group is an exciting program that brings other WOW 1 DAY PAINTING Franchise Partners into your business for an in-depth review.

These groups consist of select Franchise Partners with similarly sized franchises and varying levels of experience. Together, they analyze your finances, culture, and processes, offering tips and feedback based on what has worked well for them.

Field Operations Managers

Don’t think of your Field Operations Manager (FOM) as your manager, but as a lifeline that’s always available to you.

“I have a field operations manager that I talk to almost every day for the first two years of my franchise,” says Jon Barrows, Franchise Partner, WOW 1 DAY PAINTING Kalamazoo. “Their entire job was to help me not screw up. Which was a great feeling to know that I had a resource at my disposal that I could call at any time as I'm starting this thing.”
